HELP GUIDE
Industrial Corner Desk with 6 Privacy Panels
What you will need to assemble your industrial corner desk with 6 privacy panels
- Two strong people capable of lifting the wooden frame and to hold the legs during assemblyÂ
- You may want to use a level to check the table is sat flat on your floor. The legs may move during transit or during assembly.
- A mallet is recommended when joining the tube leg for the rear panel (B) with the tube frame for the side panel (C).
- A spanner/HEX screwdriver for connecting the side privacy panels (C) to te rear left leg (B).
Warnings
- Assemble the legs first using the Allen key taped to the leg (see page 2 for pictorial description) before taking off the straps.
Â
- Only unwrap the tabletop once it has been placed on top of the legs.
Â
- The furniture has been made from previous industrial material. While every effort has been make to make the furniture safe by sanding and cleaning, please ensure you handle the furniture with care, as hazards may still exist.
- In particular, the tubes have been cut to measure and could contain metal shavings at the ends.
- Keep away from children.
- We advise using work gloves to reduce possibility of splinters or cuts.
Assemble the frame
Note: Do not unwrap the straps on the front left leg & side privacy panels (Part C) until Part C and Part B are connected.
Push Part C into the clamp attached to Part B (as shown in image 1) until the tube is flush against the back of the clamp. Once flush, use the Allen key to join the two pieces together.
Note: you may want to use a rubber mallet to help push Part C into part b securely. We advise 1 person to hold Part B while another pushes Part C.
Once secure use the 3 bolts (Part G) to join the three privacy panels on Part C to the rear left leg.
Do the same by joining the central frame (Part E) with the frame in image 1 above using the clamp and screws provided. Then join the front right leg and frame (Part D) with the frame above and the newly installed Part E. (as shown in image 2).
The frame should now be built. Ensure there is no wobble. If there is, please tighten the areas that are not tight. Once complete, place the tabletop (Part A) onto the metal frame to complete the table (image 4).
We source our Allen keys sustainably from The Metal Store.
