Customer Experience Manager
When ordering with us direct, you will be assigned a customer experience manager who will work with you every step of the way. This starts right from the start at the project design stage all the way up to aftercare once you’re furniture has arrived.

The legs need to make sense for the purpose they are being used for as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Rustic Wood Finish
When ordering handmade furniture, each company has a different idea of what rustic means. When it comes to our wood, as standard we trim and join the boards to make a seamless piece of material as shown in the second image.
If you would rather have a more rustic look with the boards simply joined side by side as shown in the first image, please do let us know before we start your project.

Delivery
While building the furniture is our main priority, we know the project doesn’t stop there. We know the importance in delivering to you in good time and without damage. For this reason, we only use trusted private couriers with exceptional customer service as well as reputable parcel couriers.
We will keep you fully up to date with delivery plans and will provide tracking links for parcel couriers. We will also send you the contact number of the actual driver (for private couriers) who will be making your delivery.
