Our Process
Purchase on our website or contact us for a custom order
We understand the importance of finding the perfect furniture as it’s a costly and long-term investment. That’s why we offer personalised assistance in designing your ideal piece. We offer consultations over the phone or through site visits.
The build begins
Now we have a clear vision for your new piece of furniture, we can get started! Our standard build time is 4 weeks, and once complete, your order will reach you within 1–4 working days.
Receiving your furniture
When your order is delivered, you will have access to all the necessary information for assembling your item. This includes detailed drawings, images and the ability to contact our team for any assistance needed during assembly. Furthermore, we offer a variety of how-to guides.
