How do I order something custom?
Simply fill out the contact form above and we’ll be in touch.
What is your shipping policy?
Our standard build time is 4 weeks. Once complete, the items will reach you within 1–4 working days. Please note delays can be possible due to carrier delays which are outside of our control. Please get in touch as one of our friendly team will be able to chase the couriers on your behalf.
For all custom items, we will provide you with expected delivery timescales.
If you require your order by a certain date, we strongly advise you to contact us in advance.
Please note, when ordering multiple items there may be a longer delay which will not be mentioned when ordering.
What is your returns policy?
We offer refunds within 14 days (from the order arrival date), providing the items have been returned in the same condition as when they arrived to you. Read our full policy.

Environmental concerns are at the heart of why Robert Rose Carpentry was built. We recognise that, while being more environmentally friendly than many other companies, we can still improve. We aim to maintain the highest standards of environmental awareness to ensure compliance with all environmental legislation and our clients’ approvals and licences.
