Customer Experience Manager
When ordering directly with us, you will be assigned a customer experience manager who will work with you every step of the way. This starts at the project design stage and continues through to aftercare once your furniture has arrived.
Not sure who your manager is? Please ask a member of the team and they will be able to advise you.
Drawings and designs
When ordering more bespoke items, we appreciate the importance of getting things right. For this reason, to offer peace of mind, we can draw our furniture proposals in 3D for you and send images of the final product prior to delivery. Just ask.

Any Colour
Over the years our list of finishes has expanded to suit the needs of our many customers. Please see many of these finishes applied to different pieces of furniture at the link below.

Rustic Wood Finish
When ordering handmade furniture, each company has a different idea of what rustic means. For our standard finish, we trim and join the boards to make a seamless piece of material, as shown in the second image.
If you would rather have a more rustic look, with the boards simply joined side by side as shown in the first image, please let us know before we start your project.
Custom Materials
While our focus will always be on industrial furniture using scaffold boards and reclaimed materials, we also offer bespoke options to cater to all of our customers’ needs.

Environmental Furniture
Feel proud to know that when buying our products, you are supporting the environment, as our products are made from reclaimed materials.

Delivery
While building the furniture is our main priority, we know the project doesn’t stop there. We understand the importance of delivering to you in good time and without damage. For this reason, we only use trusted private couriers with exceptional customer service, as well as reputable parcel couriers.
We will keep you fully up to date with delivery plans and provide tracking links for parcel couriers. For private courier deliveries, we will also send you the contact number of the driver making your delivery.
