Industrial Corner Bench

Please see the generic industrial corner bench assembly instructions. Custom benches will vary slightly but the overall process will be very similar.

What you will need

Two strong people capable of lifting and installing the frame.

Warnings

Assemble the legs first using the Allen key taped to the packaging(see page 2 for a pictorial description).

This furniture has been made from previous industrial material.

While every effort has been made to make the furniture safe by sanding and cleaning, please ensure you handle the furniture with care as hazards may still exist.

Keep away from children when building and dismantling.

We, therefore, advise using work gloves to reduce the possibility of splinters or cuts.

Assembly

Step 1 - Build the frame

The frame only requires the Allen key provided to install.

The end result should look like this.

To create this, you will have 4 key components as shown below.

Please build this as shown below.

1: Insert the legs (Part D) into the leg spaces for the large and small frame (Part A and B respectively).

These will need to be locked into position using the Allen key to flush the leg with the fitting.

2: Join the large and the main frame together and tighten using the Allen key.

3: Insert the backrests into the frame to complete the metal frame section.

Add the seats and backrest.

1: Place the wooden components in the following order.

Large seat, Small seat, Large backrest, Small backrest as shown below.

Tighten the backrests onto the backrest tubes using the Allen key provided.
