Custom Order Deposit

This page allows you to pay a deposit for your bespoke order with us.

Please select the deposit amount we’ve agreed with you and add it to your basket.

At checkout, include any specific details or notes about your order in the Order Notes box so we can match your payment to the correct project.

Once your deposit is received, we’ll confirm everything with you and get started on your custom piece.

To help keep things running smoothly, please check the following:

1. Have you chosen your wood finish?
   If not, see the options in our Furniture Finish guide.
2. Ordered room dividers from us?
   If so, have you provided your floor-to-ceiling height? We need this to cut them to the correct size.
3. Would you like a discounted stain or varnish for future use?
   Order your furniture finish before your furniture ships to receive the discounted price.
