About – Half Barrel Unit
This rustic whiskey barrel is made from an authentic bourbon cask. Handcrafted and refurbished using state-of-the-art equipment.
Before refurbishing, the barrels are distilled in the mountains of Speyside, Scotland. Maturing Scottish grain Whiskey. We then transport the barrels to our workshop. Where we recycle into stylish vintage furniture.
We have coated with teak oil and polished the cabinet well, giving the barrel a shiny finish that will help protect it from damage . This unit is suitable to withstand outdoor and indoor conditions such as a garden, patio or a pub. We have primed the iron hoop with the best quality paint.
We have constructed the perfect design to last long, with the iron hoop nailed around the barrel. Making it sturdy and long-lasting.

Quality – Half Barrel Unit
Our Half Barrel Unit is built to last for many years with little maintenance required. The oils provided protect the surface from stains and water residue.
Each piece of wood has its own character and style. When selecting boards from our stock we only select those that we would be happy to have in our homes. Each piece is then sanded to a fine finish before applying any finishing oils if requested by you.
The beauty of our product is the natural feel and rustic effect. This means imperfections are likely. Any unacceptable imperfections in the creator’s opinion have been omitted. Please be aware that some small imperfections including company branding, abrasions, differences in colour, cuts, notches, dents may still appear if we believe they add to the furniture’s aesthetics.
Delivery and Timings
Our warehouse is based in Southampton so collection from this locations is free.
Shipping prices are based on shipping to the UK mainland only and therefore does not include the Scottish Highlands, remote islands or Northern Ireland. For these areas or outside of the UK please get in touch for a more accurate shipping cost.
Upon nearing completion with your item, we will contact you to ensure you will be available for the delivery date.
We us a variety of shipping companies including royal mail, UPS and smaller trusted local couriers.
Once the delivery is agreed we will provide you with delivery details to enable you to track your parcel. For the smaller couriers we will provide you with contact details of the driver.

We use a variety of larger parcel companies as well as trusted private couriers. They will contact you to confirm your availability before delivery.

The appeal of reclaimed wood is its natural feel and rustic character. Small marks—including company branding, abrasions, colour variation, cuts, notches and dents—may remain where they add to the furniture’s appearance.
Do not leave water standing for long periods. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe up spills.
