The beauty of our product is the natural feel and rustic effect. However, This means, that imperfections are likely. The creator therefore will remove any unacceptable imperfections in their opinion.
Please be aware that some small imperfections including company branding, abrasions, differences in colour, cuts, notches, dents may still appear if we believe they add to the furniture’s aesthetics.
Do not leave water to stand for long periods of time. Please use a clean damp cloth to clear up any water spills.
Delivery & Timings
Our warehouse is based in Southampton. Collection from this location, therefore, is free. Shipping prices are for mainland UK only and does not include the Scottish Highlands, remote islands or Northern Ireland.
Therefore, please get in touch for more accurate costs if you are in these areas.
We use a variety of trusted couriers who will contact you to ensure your availability prior to delivery. Once the delivery is agreed we will provide you with delivery details to track your parcel.
For the private couriers, however, we will provide you with the contact details of the driver.
