THE DOUGLAS combines industrial steel scaffold tubes with reclaimed wood slats. Choose the available headboard arrangement and confirm the frame dimensions for your mattress.
Sizes can be made to suit all mattresses.

Headboard Types explained:
None: This is just the metal bedframe with the wooden slats.
Tube Headboard: This consists of a metal frame for the headboard with two wooden planks in between them.
Wooden Headboard: This consists of 3 wooden planks on two wooden legs that sit within the metal bed frame and lean against your wall.
Material
Solid reclaimed timber has natural grain, knots, colour variation and marks from its previous life. These features give each piece its own character.
Scaffold wood: Solid European white wood
Scaffold legs: Heavy-duty galvanized steel
Finish
The Industrial Bed in the main image has been finished with Clear Wax.

Confirm the mattress size, overall frame dimensions, headboard arrangement and clear space around the bed. The mattress size is not necessarily the overall furniture size.

Choosing your options
Size: Single (90 x 190 cm), Double (135 x 190 cm), Queen (120 x 190 cm), King (150 x 200 cm), Super King (180 x 200 cm). Backboard: None, Wooden Backboard, Steel Backboard. Confirm your selected option against the photographed example dimensions before ordering.
The selector labels the 120 × 190cm option “Queen”. Compare the measurements with your mattress; bed-size names vary between countries. Confirm the overall frame size separately.

Our workshop is based in Southampton, and collection from this location is free.
UK shipping prices are for mainland UK only and do not include the Scottish Highlands, remote islands or Northern Ireland. Please get in touch for an accurate cost in these areas.
We use a variety of larger parcel companies as well as trusted private couriers. They will contact you to confirm your availability before delivery.

Assembly
We understand that time is precious, so we build our products with minimal assembly requirements. Visit our Help Guides for assembly instructions and videos.
Maintenance
With a little care, the furniture will last for many years. The oils help protect the surface from stains and water residue, while each piece of reclaimed wood retains its own character.
When selecting boards from our stock, we choose those that we would be happy to have in our own homes.
The appeal of reclaimed wood is its natural feel and rustic character. Small marks—including company branding, abrasions, colour variation, cuts, notches and dents—may remain where they add to the furniture’s appearance.
Do not leave water standing for long periods. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe up spills.
