The courier will try to clear your package/s as quickly as possible through customs; there are occasions when customs require extra information to clear the goods.
Customs may contact you directly and it is your duty to receive these calls and make suitable arrangements for delivery and tax/duty charges.
It is very important that you check the delivery and contact details are correct and that you are able to receive the goods.
Customs will be in touch to clear your goods using the contact details provided.
Failure to do so could mean the goods are returned to us at cost. Additional delivery costs will also be incurred should you want them sent back out.
In this situation, these costs will be forwarded to you/ the purchaser of the goods.
