Upon delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the furniture is installed safely and securely in its intended location. Our role includes the design and construction of high-quality, bespoke furniture. While we may provide guidance or recommendations for installation, the final installation and ensuring its safety is the customer’s responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, securing furniture items appropriately in place and verifying that the location is suitable and safe for the furniture. We advise seeking professional assistance for installation if you are uncertain about how to safely install the furniture. We cannot be held liable for any issues, damages, or injuries that arise due to improper installation or failure to secure the furniture adequately post-delivery.

16. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company and its affiliates (including officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers) against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from your breach of the terms and conditions or from the use of the website by anyone using your shopping account and personal information.
